Delivery + Returns
General Shipping Information
Shipping days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes. Unfortunately, since we don't have any control over these charges, we can't cover them for you.
There are two options for delivery:
Standard Post $9.95 (3-5 business days)
Express Post $14.95 (within 1 business day)
All standard orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Standard Australia Post parcel delivery times will then apply.
Tracking of parcels
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link that will take you to the AusPost website where dispatch information will be updated.
If a parcel is lost, we will attempt to locate through Aus Post recovery channels. However if the parcel is not found, we will resend the order.
We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty.
We do offer a 30-day exchange policy.
Exchanges are for the same value item or less, where a product is less a store credit will be issued.
Exchange of items is at your own cost (including return and reshipment costs), once the item is received we will ship the exchange product out. We recommend tracking the item that you are exchanging, we are not liable for lost products being returned.
